Terms and Conditions
Installation fees are Non-refundable. Installation cost includes up to 150ft cable from the main road or from the main utility pole. All cable over 150ft will attract an additional cost. The customer receives one set top box with each installation. This set top box is still owned by the company but will be on a rental agreement, and a fee collected monthly.
For an additional box, the customer has the option of renting or purchasing the additional box. Purchase: $7000 (one-time payment) and $300 monthly Rental: Monthly cost +$1000 monthly. Payment is due on or before the 30th of each month or at the end of the month in the case of February.
Sub-letting service to adjoining premises is illegal and breaks our policy. Any customer found to be in breach will be penalized.
Once placed on the customer’s premises, the customer has responsibility for the company’s property, and will be held liable for any damage done to SPCL’s property (equipment).
Service will be terminated if monthly fees are outstanding for more than two months
If the service has been disconnected, the set top box must be returned to the office, if this is not done the cost for rental ($300) will still be charged on the account per month.
If the service has been disconnected for six months the company will remove all of its property from the customer’s premises.
SPCL conditions may change at any point, including the Fees and Services, without prior notice. SPCL may give you notice by text, call, email, or by any other reasonable method. Subject to SPCL’s right to make changes, no other statements (written or verbal) will change this Contract.
On the day of installation, you will need to present the ID that is on the application form to the technician.
